Shipping policy

Free standard shipping

All orders shipped within the United States include free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 0-1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

After processing, standard delivery usually takes 5-9 business days, for an overall estimate of about 5-10 business days from the order date. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary by destination, carrier and season.

Order tracking

When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available. The carrier may vary by item.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible; we cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
