Terms of service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Takimia online store and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and pricing

We try to describe products and prices accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly from photos. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, limit quantities, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or contain errors. If we cancel after you have paid, you will receive a full refund.

3. Payment

Payment is due at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, text, logos and original content belong to Takimia or its licensors. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

7. Warranties and liability

Products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is", and our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
